What can I use for free?
Basic English–Finnish cards, word pronunciation and reminders are available across all 3,000 words. The 211-word A set includes complete lessons for free. Premium is an optional one-time purchase unlocking all complete illustrated lessons, examples, translations and automatic study playback. There is no subscription.
How do I buy or restore Premium?
Open Progress and the Premium screen. The purchase button shows the price supplied by the App Store for your region. To restore a previous purchase, use Restore Purchases with the same purchasing Apple Account. Learning history stays in local app storage and is not restored by restoring Premium. Purchases on Android are separate.
The price is not loading
Check your internet connection and that the App Store is available, then choose “Try loading price again.” The free cards remain available. If the issue continues, send support your app and iOS versions. A purchase cannot complete until the App Store supplies the product and price.
How do reminders work?
Configure word reminders from Progress and allow notifications when prompted. Check iOS Settings if they do not appear; Focus and notification settings can affect delivery. Reminders do not require a server account.
Why is pronunciation silent?
Check device volume and audio output. Current iOS and Android versions use ready-made recordings. An internet connection is needed for lessons that have not been downloaded; use Progress → Download for offline study to save images and audio on the phone. Automatic study runs in the foreground and pauses when the phone locks or the app leaves the foreground.
Can I move my progress?
Progress is stored locally in this app. Keep a device backup before replacing your phone or deleting the app. Artwork exports transfer artwork, prompts and memory cues; they are not a full learning-history backup. Reinstalling can remove local learning history.
Refund requests
Apple processes iOS purchases and refund requests. Visit Apple’s purchase support to request help with a charge.
